Black Girl Missing Podcast

Black Girl Missing Podcast is the brainchild of myself, Asa Todd, and Feminista Jones. When I began the branding project for it I wanted the message conveyed to be empathy, solidarity, integrity, and dedication. Purple is red ad blue, married. Blue is calming, soothing, gentle, and empathetic. Red is stimulating, powerful, and exudes a sense of urgency. Black Girl Missing focuses on adolescent Black girls and purple is often associated with that demographic. A key goal for this project was to make information accessible and impactful.
